LEVEL 2 IN TEAM LEADING

The Level 2 qualification in Team Leading offers a highly flexible approach to learning. Designed for practising or aspiring team leaders who wish to develop their team leading skills and knowledge. There is a broad range of units available allowing employers and individuals to tailor the size and elements of the qualifications to suit their specific needs. LEVEL 3 IN PRINCIPLES OF MANAGEMENT AND LEADERSHIP

These qualifications are aimed at practising or aspiring managers who supervise or manage a team, or project officer and shift manager to achieve clearly defined outcomes. They will set and monitor goals and objectives by providing instruction, direction and guidance. Day to day operational and project activities are a key part of their role.

LEVEL 4 IN MANAGEMENT AND LEADERSHIP

This qualification, designed for practising or aspiring middle managers helps to grow professional management skills including decision-making, managing team dynamics and delegation capability.

LEVEL 5 IN MANAGEMENT AND LEADERSHIP

These qualifications are designed for practising middle managers and leaders at operations, division, department or specialist level. who are typically accountable to a senior manager or business owner. The primary role of a practising or aspiring manager and leader is to lead and manage individuals and teams to deliver aims and objectives in line with organisational strategy.

LEVEL 6 IN PROFESSIONAL MANAGEMENT AND LEADERSHIP PRACTICE

These qualifications are designed for individuals wishing to develop professional management and leadership practice who will have the knowledge, skills and behaviours to drive business activities in a senior, regional specialist or director level management and leadership role. 

LEVEL 7 IN STRATEGIC MANAGEMENT AND LEADERSHIP PRACTICE

These qualifications are designed for individuals wishing to develop strategic management and leadership practice who will have the knowledge, skills and behaviours to drive business activities in a senior, regional, specialist, director or CEO management and leadership role. This qualification contains a breath of units which are reflective of the tasks and activities required by managers in roles such as senior managers, regional management and specialist managers who are accountable to a senior manager or business owner. 

LEVEL 3 IN COACHING AND MENTORING

The Level 3 qualification in Coaching and Mentoring is designed for supervisors and first-line managers, to support the development of coaching and mentoring skills and techniques of individuals and teams, alongside working to achieve organisational objectives.

LEVEL 5 IN MANAGEMENT COACHING AND MENTORING

The Level 5 qualifications in Management Coaching and Mentoring are designed for practising middle managers and those aspiring to senior management to develop management coaching and mentoring skills, helping you to identify the links between management coaching, mentoring and the achievement of business goals.

LEVEL 7 IN LEADERSHIP COACHING AND MENTORING

These qualifications are designed for managers and leaders who have the authority and responsibility for developing and implementing a coaching and mentoring strategy across the organisation. The qualifications require managers and leaders to build on their strategic management and leadership skills and to focus on the requirements of embedding these skills into an organisations strategy. 

LEVEL 5 IN PROFESSIONAL CONSULTING

These qualifications are designed for aspiring and practising Professional Consultants who want to develop key skills such as planning and managing consultancy interventions, the client relationship and problem-solving tools and techniques. These qualifications have been developed in cooperation with the Institute of Consulting (IC).

LEVEL 7 IN PROFESSIONAL CONSULTING

Designed for Professional Consultants who want to develop their professional consultancy abilities and who will have the skills, knowledge and behaviours to drive consultancy activities in a senior capacity. These qualifications have been developed in cooperation with the Institute of Consulting (IC).

LEVEL 5 IN MANAGING EQUALITY DIVERSITY AND INCLUSION

This qualification is designed for practising middle managers and leaders who are typically accountable to a senior manager or business owner.  It is aimed at enabling practising or aspiring managers to understand the business case for equality, diversity and inclusion and the role of managers in creating inclusive cultures.  The content of this qualification has been designed to reflect good practice, as outlined in CMI’s Delivering Diversity paper and CMI Women’s Broken Windows campaign. 

LEVEL 7 AWARD IN STRATEGIC APPROACHES TO EQUALITY, DIVERSITY AND INCLUSION

The aim of this award is to enable senior leaders to develop an in-depth understanding of equality, diversity and inclusion at a strategic level. Leaders will have the opportunity to critically assess structural inequality within and organisational and societal context. They will discuss approaches to comply with legal and good practice requirements and to appraise the influence of equality, diversity and inclusion on strategic objectives. The unit culminates in leaders being given the opportunity to develop strategic priorities for inclusion, diversity and inclusion.
