Studyflex have been making a difference to the working lives of business people and teachers since 2001. Rachel Lambert has been a co-owner and Director since 2011 and took the reins as Managing Director in 2015.
Since then the company has continued to diversify its training programmes across a huge range of organisations.
Rachel is the Managing Director of Studyflex and very much the heart of the business. She is actively involved, using her considerable experience, mentoring senior business and education professionals and designing bespoke programmes.
Lisa is the Operations Director and keeps everyone in check. She organises everything from the diary to the trainers and makes sure everything runs smoothly. The key contact in the business and heads up the finance and operation team.
Phil is the Training and Quality Manager. With an extensive background in training delivery and Quality assurance for a number of bodies, he ensures that the qualification part of our business has the highest standards. The go to man for all things quality!
Graham is our Training and Delivery Manager focusing on the young people programmes and working with schools and Universities across the UK and Europe to deliver management qualifications and employability workshops. Graham is also an experienced consultant and works with many of our corporate customers focusing on Leadership and Management.
Becky heads up our fantastic team of Associate Trainers. With 20+ years of training and development across a variety of roles in the public and private sector, Becky has led a variety of organisations through change management, sales delivery models and core leadership and management programmes.
